Memorandum Concerning the Speed Limit
Memorandum Concerning the Speed Limit - CAC has delivered to the National Park Service and the Park its Memorandum Concerning the Speed Limit objecting to the Parks proposed plan to reduce the speed limit on the beach at the Padre Island National Seashore to 15 mph from April 1st through July 31st and proposing instead that its own plan be adopted.
